100 Word Challenge Week #7

Breathe in, breathe out. I tried calming myself down. I tried telling myself that everything would work itself out. It’s fine that I’m being framed for a crime I didn’t commit, totally fine. A guard pushed me into a dark cell. I was trying not to cry. The guard threw the door closed. As the door slammed, I knew I was ruined. All because of my unlucky timing. Just because I exited school exactly 12 seconds before it blew up, doesn’t mean blew it up. I may never able to ever prove my innocence, but I can prove my insanity.

100 Word Challenge Week #6

Hacking shrubbery out of the way, I blinked tears out of my eyes. My best friend Alistair had been missing for two weeks. I was sick of being thrown sympathetic looks. Something had happened to Alistair and I was going to find out what it was.

Tripping over a root, I stumbled into a clearing. Banging my head on a rock, my vision blurred slightly. I stood up carefully, wobbling around a little bit. I noticed a pond Just ahead. I went over to it. “Lillian” I heard someone call. “Alistair” I giggled, then fell head first into the pond.
